Meet Joshua
Hi, I'm Joshua.
I'm a Colorado native, a proud girl dad, and a lifelong learner who finds joy in simple things like good coffee, meaningful books, and time spent outdoors. Much of life these days revolves around softball adventures with my daughter, but whenever I get the chance, you'll usually find me exploring the mountains, traveling, camping, or pursuing a few unusual hobbies like gold prospecting and collecting Colorado Rockies cards.
My path into bodywork grew out of a deep curiosity about healing, trauma, and the ways we reconnect with ourselves. Over the years, I've come to believe that healing isn't something that can be forced. I believe our bodies possess an incredible wisdom, and sometimes what we need most isn't more effort, but a safe and supportive space where we can slow down long enough to listen.
I created Stillness Renewal because I wanted to offer the kind of presence and support I once wished I had. One of the things I love most about this work is witnessing the quiet sense of wonder that often appears when someone leaves feeling more peaceful, more connected, and more themselves. Those moments of childlike awe never get old.
I've come to appreciate that some of the most meaningful moments in life and healing aren't always dramatic. Sometimes they arrive quietly through stillness, curiosity, and the simple act of feeling heard and supported.
I believe there is more to life than achievement, and I don't think people were meant to carry everything alone.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. You don't need an agenda or expectations. You simply need a place where you can slow down, listen, and begin wherever you are.
My Approach
Joshua is a Board Certified Massage Therapist who blends therapeutic massage and CranioSacral Therapy to support nervous system regulation, recovery, and the process of feeling more like themselves again.
Sessions are paced intentionally and tailored to individual needs, creating space for rest, awareness, and meaningful change. Rather than forcing outcomes, his work invites curiosity, deeper listening, and trust in the quiet wisdom of the body.
The intention is not to fix or force, but to walk alongside people as they slow down, listen, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
